What do I see as inspiration?

     Okay so when I took the time to look at it I found that I have very few things that actually give me real inspiration. Sure there are plenty of things that snap an inventive spark in my head, but they are random things that I can't predict what they will be or when I will see them. So what I finally found that I can always seem to draw inspiration from is the knife that I always carry around with me. I use it like a worry stone, often feeling the grooves, bumps, and dips in its surface. Whenever I am having a mental block all I have to do is look at it and its odd shape will spark something in my brain.
